Baylor students have written letters to both the Big 12 Conference and the NCAA, asking the organizations to evaluate the university’s treatment of LGBTQ students.
“We write to you as current LGBTQ+ and allied Baylor University students and recent graduates who have been engaged in efforts to ensure that Baylor University’s campus is safe, secure, and hospitable to LGBTQ+ students,” both letters begin.
The authors of the letters include members of Gamma Alpha Upsilon, an unofficial student group that has been seeking recognition from the university since last year, as well as other current students and recent graduates.

Baylor has not been a Christian school for about 20 years.

Baylor should tell them to pound sand and any current students are free to go elsewhere and recent graduates can have their degrees nullified.
A sane governing body of 20 years ago would. But millennials have infiltrated the governing ranks of this school, with a woman at the helm. Don’t expect anything sane to come of this.
Baylore alums I know are pretty strong Christians, mostly of the Baptist variety.
Well, sure. And while they’re at it, the NCAA should examine Baylor’s policy on Global Warming, undocumented immigrants, and the price of rice in China.
Because that’s just the way the left rolls. Try to guillotine anybody over anything. The Revolution demands its victims.
Because we let them with our gross apathy.
Where’s the push for the promised marriage amendment in the event that leftist courts got out of hand? I’m still waiting for that.
My first college experience in the early 80’s. What a different animal it is today. And not in a good way.
When a group of students recently cheered when a faggot minister denigrated “straight whites” in his graduation “invocation,” I knew that the school was toast.
A lack of testicular fortitude.
Two of the sweetest and nicest girls I ever knew went to Baylor. Actually make that 3. All were very pretty and two were Daughters of Southern Baptist leaders.
Once out of curiosity, I did a Google search on two of them. Sure enough they ended up very well.
I don’t recall the details or even exactly when but Baylor openly distanced them self from the Southern Baptists. Maybe 20 years ago.

Redeemer God,
In you, all creatures are made new again.
Most of us have known at least one these creatures since the day they were born. We anticipated their arrivals, changed their diapers, mended their boo-boos, soothed their broken hearts, and if we’d been capable, we would’ve numbered the hairs on their heads.
We stand amazed that those same children are the extraordinary women and men before us now, prepared and poised to be made new once again.
We ask now for your blessings upon them.
God, give them confidence in their knowledge and skills to do what they are called to; give them humility to seek wisdom from sacred texts, from your Spirit, and from older generations;
give them faith in a God that is bigger than they can fathom and yet has concern for each sparrow;
give them perseverance and courage to face the challenges ahead;
give them awareness to recognize their extreme good fortune and privileges;
give them love to share and love to spare;
and God, give them the moral imagination to reject the old keys that we’re trying to give them to a planet that we’re poisoning by running it on fossil fuels and misplaced priorities—a planet with too many straight white men like me behind the steering wheel while others have been expected to sit quietly at the back of the bus.
But, God, you are doing a new thing! Praise be that you are doing a new thing through these graduates.
It springs forth and we can feel it. You are making a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. You are forming these graduates, and us all of us, for yourself, so that we might declare your praise!

Whatever happened to just going to classes, getting your degree, and moving on with your life? It is like the same people who try and make work into a social gathering place.

What about their rape policies?
Ecause killing them all will make us look like we are intolerant of their lifestyle. Back when real men ran these thing, they were shoved and locked in a closet. Once females got into the corporate world and started to take over, they neutered us. Look at Jill-Etta. From “ the best that a man can get” to “I need to shave my legs for my wife Fred!”
From my college days, I can assure you that if you want to stop a leftist from pushing his agenda, simply invite the freak outside to continue the discussion and you’ll be surprised how quickly the commie freak abandons all fealty toward his communist agenda.
One day the NCAA will go too far and destroy itself, sooner rather than later I hope.
Every photo I’ve seen of lgbtq+ parades mostly (99%?) consist of white men. I never see any black, brown, Asian, etc, skintones. Just white .....everywhere white. Wouldn’t that make them undiverse? Maybe even ultimately white supremacists? Just an observation.
