Please explain the difference between Citizen mother and father birthing a child in unincorporated American Samoa versus unincorporated Panama Canal Zone.
Also, stop fighting a battle nobody cares about. We might win more than tweeting angry stuff and watching no one get arrested.

In McCain's case, his parents, both natural born citizens, were there in the military service. In Gabbard's case, only her mother was a citizen. And to clarify McCain's status, Congress acted. No such clarity for Gabbard. In fact, American Samoans have been on losing end of repeated battles to be US citizens. So, yes, they are materially different.

I do agree that most people don't care. Many will allow any anchor baby to be natural born citizen. But wait until it is the kid of an terrorist or illegal alien. Will they still feel the same?

Add another justice or two to the Supreme Court and let's get them to rule on this matter.
