What Hoft is reporting is the same as Solomon was saying on Hannity tonight. Hannity was worried about Barr’s decision not to act on Horowitz’s recommendation to prosecute Comey for leaking these memos, but Solomon said he thinks Barr may be waiting for Horowitz’s recommendation to act on the more serious charge of committing a fraud on the court, (FISA).
Sure hope that’s the case.
Nobody, and I mean NOBODY of stature gets charged. Trump/Barr, all hat and no cattle. Lock her up meant Vote for me, that is all.
If you’re JUST a citizen, they throw the book at you.
If you’re rich & important, they “decline to prosecute.”

Facts:
1. Choosing Supreme Court Justices from only two institutions, Yale and Harvard Law Schools, is a huge, huge mistake. Many had the same Professors/instructors, and therefore have a limited worldview, and a limited legal view.
2. Assuming that those educated at specific institutions are automatically the ‘brightest and the best’ is absolutely absurd. The only thing that going to an Ivy institution (or equivalent) legitimately suggests is that that either the person attending is ‘connected’, or that they were very ambitious in high school. It is entirely non-predictive of general intelligence or ability.
3. Might does not definitively make right.

Yep. That’s ground zero. There has been zero evidence the court has made any effort to gather the facts here and sanction the guilty parties. Most likely they have done nothing to investigate this.
Was it Mark Levin who went to the FISC and got shot down? Said he had no standing? I’m shocked hte FISA judges have been let completely off the hook. Perhaps because they are the key to all this? They sure seem like the roadblock DOJ will cite in not prosecuting the FBI crimes.
