I have seen someone sentenced to 60 years in prison on really thin evidence. But at least he is not dead, and there is a glimmer of hope later when the witness recants which probably will happen.
Every single day we get yet another example proving that the left has collectively lost their marbles. And now besides this, last night Trump was called a “dark psychic force” at last nights debate. So now besides being called a racist, he is now Star Wars Darth Vader.

For people like her who consider abortion to be some sort of sacrament, of course it would be seen as horrific if adults were held subject to capital punishment for killing children.
She is 100% emotion, most of it twisted and hideous. No discernible intellect or logic, though. My half-baked psychoanalysis of her comments: she's lashing out due to abortion-related guilt. I really can't think of anything else that would compel a woman to defend what these men did.
It is not unreasonable to oppose the death penalty because one thinks there could be mistakes or prejudice could be a factor in who gets such a sentence and who doesn’t. But the left often uses a moral equivalency argument - if you want a serial killer or a mass shooter to be executed you are just like the criminal. But the same leftists want an all-powerful state and would support well-armed agents of the state using deadly force to take away Constitutional rights from people the leftists don’t like.
