As I commented on another board, a €400 fine for blasphemy is a lot cheaper than what the folks at Charlie Hebdo were forced to pay for "blasphemy".

Free speech is dead.
Blasphemy is fine, within an institutional church and applied only within an institutional church. As part of secular law it is contrary to freedom of speech.
