A convicted torturer was allowed to get within feet of Prince George in a massive security breach uncovered by The Sun. The royal family launched an investigation after we told them driver Darren Benjamin, 40, was allowed into Kensington Palace. Worried Prince William has demanded to know how a convicted torturer got within feet of his three young children.

The violent criminal was jailed for seven years in 2008 for his part in a torture plot where an innocent man had boiling water poured down his back. But he was allowed to deliver furniture to Kensington Palace on July 14 in his role as a driver for an independent company.

He did his time, which wasn’t much, but hey, it’s Britain. If the government deems the guy safe to be among us lowly commoners, why should the royals get special treatment?
Must’ve gotten a discount mover. A bigger company would have liability insurance and those guys will deny you coverage if you hire a felon. At least, that’s how it goes across the pond.

It’s only shocking or horrible if he goes near the ‘royal’ children, but it’s fine if he schmoozes around our children?

When this kind of thing happens to American royalty, they immediately and loudly demand gun control. :)
But, OH MY GOD how dare he get within a mile of the royal family! They are much more important and he should not be able to get close to them! They are our betters and even though they have 24-hour armed security there must be no former criminals around them!
