That then to me infers that your position if he is cutting deals to cover his “crimes” and making deals to keep his under wraps...

You might say "if he has dirt on Hillary why not use it?" Come on, he has dirt on Hillary, she's as crooked as Al Capone at his worst. I just think Trump doesn't want a war of investigations, he wants to actually get things done. So he chuckled at the "lock her up" chants but never really planned to investigate her. But he's starting to say "I'm done, two can play at this game."
I retract my post. You and buwaya in #11 made the same point that this is a common way to funnel graft, bribes and corruption to people like Obama. You are absolutely right.

As to the dirty Hillary I could not agree more, but when you are pulling out a weed you have to make sure you take the roots as well. I am well familiar with the tactics he is using based on Corporate experience and sifting out the ones who work against you versus with you. This is part of a Global effort that has been in place for almost a century as it stands and when the Storm is in full fury it will shock many how broad and deep it goes.
Historic really, and my money is on Big Don staying in till it is done, it is his destiny and he has been groomed for this his whole life.

I follow your posts and know you are usually very precise with words/constructions. So, I need to ask: Do you mean Trump has been groomed *by someone* or has been *shaped by his life experiences*?
I do agree he is destined to clean out the global stables and IMO, he is guided by a Higher Power.
It's like the GOP cowardice for Impeaching Clinton on lying and obstruction, when he sold nuclear technology to China, he gave nuclear reactors to North Korea, he took massive illegal Indonesian campaign donations in exchange for blocking the world's largest cleaner-burning coal deposits (in Utah) so that Indonesia could have a larger share of the market... not to mention the long line of rapes and sexual harassment of interns... Whitewater, Filegate, Travelgate, Nannygate, Cisneros, Sandy Burger stealing documents from the Archives. etc etc etc.
