Islam cannot be made safe.
It has to be eradicated as an ideology like Nazism.
A LOT of muslim countries out there and a lot of muslims out there.
I like a quarantine better.

A problem I foresee is that Islam seems to be “coexisting” for now with the atheistic socialist cultures of many lands to odd man out other religions.
Case in point America: Christians are the target.
Israel: Jews the target.
India: Hindus are the target.
Europe: Christians again the target.
Africa: everybody is the target.
Could the Chinese tactics be the only effective method? If not why not?
