I should be pretty clear by now that, Mueller was just the figurehead for the “Mueller” investigation. The hired Trump haters did all the work, with perhaps Mueller being advised on the process but having no real input into who/what/where/when/which/how. IOW, he was basically worthless.
It’s no wonder that he had to be rehearsed the last few weeks on “his” report, or he would not have appeared at all. Even so, he was clueless and lost and defensive.
