Doug Band is a key figure in the Shakespeareandrama of Clintonworld. He was Bill Clinton's right-hand man. And he's in Jeffrey Epstein's little black book.
Name found in Epstein’s black book and on Epstein’s private jet log.
A onetime White House intern who climbed his way to being Bill Clinton’s bag carrier, body man, fixer, and all-purpose gatekeeper, Band arranged for the former president to travel to Africa on Epstein’s 727 in 2002. Band would go on to help his boss found the Clinton Global Initiative in 2005, a choice platform from which he launched his own lucrative favor-trading corporate-advisory firm, Teneo. Throughout that time, he took a number of trips on Epstein’s plane and attended parties at his townhouse. Band resigned from his position at CGI in 2012; leaked emails later showed Band and Chelsea Clinton trading accusations of conflicts of interest in a war of influence over her parents.
There's an added significance here because Epstein claimed that he helped create the Clinton Global Initiative.

I believe the fire was in January, 2019, although there are recent articles about it. First I'd heard of it, too.
This was in January, without a peep from MSM to this very day. Only knew because of Amazing Polly. Another fire 8 months earlier. What a great way to get rid of DNA evidence, burn mattresses etc. The larger question is why has this property not been raided, secured for evidence? Is his staff still allowed to live on the island?
Recent drone pics do not show the weird temple burned at all. The golden dome is gone, but they say that was blown off in a hurricane.
The blackbook in a way is a smoke screen. What the media really needs to investigate is how a person with no college degree and formal training in finance or banking became a billionaire.
