In a dramatic scene at the Hamilton County Courthouse, Tracie Hunter, a former juvenile court judge, was dragged out of Judge Patrick Dinkelackers courtroom by her shoulders this morning after he executed a six-month jail sentence.
Hunter was convicted in 2014 of having an unlawful interest in a public contract. She also will serve one year of probation after she leaves the Hamilton County Justice Center.
The crowd in the courtroom erupted into shouting and at least one person appeared to charge forward from the spectators area and was arrested after Dinkelacker executed the sentence and said, "Take her away." A sheriffs deputy subsequently removed Hunter from the courtroom, her feet dragging across the courtrooms carpet toward its rear.
“Judge Patrick Dinkelacker”
more affirmative action cr@p ...
I never want to live with people like that anywhere near me. They should have just doused the entire room with cockroach spray.
I expect once she gets out of jail she will continue her career in Congress.
“Cincinnati.
Theres another place to not visit.
Ever.”
The city is blue (what inner city isn’t??), but the county is very red.
A few things since I live in the city of Cincinnati. The city does not suck it’s actually a very nice place to live. He don’t want to visit that’s fine. That means more craft beer- I actually do not think anywhere else in the country has better than craft beer than we do- and wonderful food for me. As far as this case goes she was convicted of doing something of a federal crime to keep her brother employed and that was a federal crime. That was a non-violent crime. She was convicted by a jury with 10 whites are two blacks on it. For the past four years that has been appealed over and over and each time the conviction has been upheld. She has shown No Remorse no acknowledgement and if she weren’t remotely pretty I believe she would not have been getting such stupid counseled from very stupid friends. All of the people have treated her and coddled her like some Superstar and like sports stars are treated and told their perfect they never own up to anything. So she has been feeling like everything is against her and that is not the case. The judge however received a lot of threatening postcards letters and so forth and that probably caused him to dig in his heels. I hope either President Trump or Governor Dewine commutes her sentence because I don’t need that crap for my property value dropping and racial Strife in my city. I’m tired of it. I also think she’s not quite 100% in the head.

Oh, yeah. The dims honor their miscreants in this state.

Cincinnati used to be such a nice town. Now it’s overrun with vermin.
So you’d just throw away justice just to save some property value? You know that just means your “property” isn’t worth a crap.
Forcing the deputes to drag her out is not meet the legal definition of resisting arrest.
....soon to be congresswoman from Cincinnati. From one life of crime to the next life
I get it.
The concern is how staged this is. Look at her face as she goes to the podium. She knows the judge won’t let her speak (she’s a judge) because she already declined to speak when given permission to do so. Then after the sentence is announced someone rushes the bar and is arrested; Hunter refuses to submit to arrest by the officers and is dragged away in front of the cameras. All of the gallery erupts in profanity and threats (”This city is gonna burn!).
Classic dim staging. And Trump comes to town next Thursday. Hmmmmm.
see post 28.
“Its safe to say her judicial career is over?”

Hello, Rebelbase-!
Given the state, her political party, gender and race, nothing so far rules out any finality of her running for a Democrat office position.
That would be “Congressman” Alcee Hastings, if you please.
All this might guarantee an Ohio seat in the U.S. Senate or House... Has worked for lots of others...
She will be rewarded. See post 28.
“TAKE HER AWAY!”....oh oh did I say something racist?
