Giz LAYNE
the “G” is hard, not soft.
I always get it wrong, though cuz I speak French, too (keep it quiet, though), and in France that name is common and it gets a soft G.
The proper English pronunciation always sounds super weird to me.
Je parle francais aussi
And I think its Zhi Lane
Thanks
On dirait “she-SLAIN.”

My high school classmate Ghislaine Van H.....m called her self GeeLANE, the ‘s’ silent. But, then, she was Belgian.
