The typical "lefty trolls" one sees in these parts (oh, maybe you wouldn't know, since you've only been around since 2015!) are those who are trying to shut down conservatives' freedom of expression.

Such trolls--as you, one is forced to note--flash around terms like "conspiracy theorist," that terribly unspecific, CIA-created term of inferred derision and obfuscation.
