They had a riot control system that projected a soap suds solution into an area to deny foot access. Seems like that would be a great solution in a situation such as this.

Since this is so obvious, but not being used, I can only conclude that it is easily defeated.
I’ve seen articles on-line stating a few ways to defeat it, and that it works poorly in some weather conditions.
It also requires a trained operator and time to recharge.
There have been hints that it is not effective in real world scenarios and so a waste of R&D tax dollars.

If it really does work we need to start a petition that it be deployed NOW!
