On four separate occasions in October 2017, the informant entered Echo Park United Methodist Church with a hidden recorder and captured audio of meetings held by the Los Angeles chapter of Refuse Fascism, a group which has organized a number of large-scale demonstrations against the Trump administration in major U.S. cities, according to court records reviewed by The Times.

This infiltration action brought complaints of upset constitutional rights and free speech and peaceful protests.
So since when does their peaceful protest include interference with citizens right to freedom of travel , commerce and freedom of movement, say, to and from medical emergencies?
When messing in a harassment action of a community, over a newly elected POTUS, you’re begging for trouble and infiltration action will be a given
KTLA is only warning refuse Fascism to check everyone showing up at their little meetings.

Placing an information/officer inside a communist street violence group “Refuse Fascism”, a front for the Maoist “Revolutionary Communist Party” is a smart thing to do.
The RCP/RF want and promote violence, period. It is time for a federal investigation of the LAPD leadership on the grounds of Dereliction of Duty (to be aware of potential violence from already known violent revolutionary/racist groups; Malfeasance of office - i.e. to protect the public and the police from communist violence; and cowardice in the face of our enemies.
