I take it seriously that women in witches’ covens have been casting spells against President Trump all this time. Many young people practice curses and spells—whether these work or not I don’t know. They try to summon Satan or spirits of the dead.
When Moses fought the Pharoah’s magicians and sorcerors the Bible did not say these were imaginary fantasies and sleight of hand magic tricks. It said Moses’ powers with his staff were strong enough to match and overpower them (devouring their serpents and so on).
To me this means evil demonic forces exist and must be met by good people. Not just laughed off.
