It’s nothing. It was his money. This was not mentioned in the Mueller report, but it will do one big thing. It will get the media off the 4 women of the
apocalypse. Big time.
The crime is extortion. Primae facie case if ever there was one.
..but...as I said above...that means Trump is the victim.
You see, that helps his campaign. He accepted that help. It is therefore a type of campaign contribution, and in-kind contribution rather than a direct monetary one. So they say.
Of course this means that anyone who has damaging info on Trump or anyone else is required to release it promptly or else it's a campaign law violation. The good news is that everyone in DC will be arrested soon on the basis of this new proposed interpretation of campaign finance laws.
The only crime I can imagine is extortion, and it would be Stormy Daniels and her attorney that might be guilty of that, not Trump and Cohen.
