Flynn also pleaded guilty to a crime that — by all accounts — he knows he didn’t commit. Isn’t that perjury, too? I'm not a lawyer, but I don't think a plea is sworn testimony; it's a person's Constitutional right under the 5th, 6th, and 7th amendments.
