Why in the world would the mayor of Austin travel to Los Angeles to see how they handle the homeless?
Los Angeles has a severe homeless problem. Severe. Why is that?
Because it is run by democRATS.
When you want to be successful at handling the homeless, don't look to the losers to tell you how to do it.
