A New York federal judge has issued an order definitively blocking the Trump administration from adding a citizenship question to the 2020 census in any form, despite the administration's insistence it has abandoned plans to add a question on the census.

Trump should sic the full force of the federal government on these rogue judges.
They should face criminal charges from DoJ for their unlawful behavior under color of law.
They should face a full-spectrum IRS audit, since siccing the IRS on political enemies is now OK according to the Obama Standard.
The EPA should visit their homes and declare arbitrary parts of it to be protected wetlands, levying million dollar a day fines until the houses are taken down. Repeat until they run out of houses.
Same goes for every other three letter agency.
Same goes for every associate of these judges. Bring down the hammer on everybody they know and associate with.

Your real boss is the person who controls whether you continue to be employed. The judge is the REAL boss.
Trump cannot fire a bureaucrat if he refuses to follow Trumps orders, citing a judge’s ruling. A bureaucrat can be personally sued, or jailed for contempt, for not following a judge’s decision.
The only remedy is to repeal civil service protections. If Trump can fire people, and hire replacements, only then is he really in charge.
Its a BS ruling, exactly what one would expect from an obama judge. But realistically it doesn’t matter one bit, President Trump and AG Barr have already announced they were giving up the fight to get the question on the census and would get the info from other sources, namely existing federal government databases. Adapt and overcome, that’s just what President Trump does. MAGA

All of us who live in blue sections of blue states should under-report the number in our households to cancel out the illegals who will be counted. Can we get this started as a movement? I have a wife and two small kids and live in an ulta-liberal part of California. I fully intend to tell the census that I’m the only one who lives in my household.

Judge Jesse Furman is another Barack Obama stooge stomping on what President Trump is trying to do. There must come a stop to one judge stepping on what the majority of the people want. A judge can rule one thing but it should be subject to review by an appeals court before it can be implemented.
