Many Californians know, have figured out Harris (and her ineligibility) - won’t vote for her Biden might have done better in 2016 but his referral to hilLIARy got a lot of people mad at him. Fake InJun squaw isn’t as well known in californication - and thus does a bit better. When she gets better known ( when people start studying her and her positions) she’ll fade in the polls, too. A much more saleable ( and less commie) D candidate would still sweep California with a far greater margin

Of course, the big problem with your statement is that no court has ever ruled that the clause of the 14th Amendment that defines persons born in the United States are citizens at birth is not the same as the natural born citizen clause that is a required qualification for the Office of President.
Without that, your proclamation might be right, it might be wrong and no one can say one way or the other. Making it in ALL CAPS doesn’t solve the dilemma. The Courts have no intention of resolving this issue, so if Kamala Harris wins the Democrat nominee, we will have a replay of the 2008 kerfuffle, with the same result, she will be on the ballot and will stand for election as President.
Because she resembles the old big mouth liberal blow hard women from Calif.
Constitutionally, she is not eligible to be President.

Bernie Sanders of Vermont is at 15.6 percent and South Bend, Indiana, mayor Pete Buttigieg is down at 7.7 percent. The only other candidate to break the 2 percent threshold, at 2.4 percent, is former Rep. Robert Francis “Beto” O’Rourke (D-TX).
