The dems only hire black people with IQs under 70. The perfect puppets. They even put them in their own caucus so they dont get in the way of real business. They even create black districts to ensure they get elected. Conservative blacks dont need special districts to get elected. Conservatives will crawl over broken glass to vote for a real conservative. I just wish more would run, but there is a ginormous social cost to them from dhimmicrats and even their own families if they dare.
