I’ll believe that when Flynn himself comes out and says so — either directly or through a formal complaint against his former lawyers. Until then, your post just gets added to the huge pile of speculation about his case that I’ve seen here on FR.

I’m curious as to what crime his son was supposed to have committed.

I’ve known too many people who have been scammed by their attorneys who thought they were working for their best interests, but weren’t.

Flynn’s attorneys had to know that the charge against Flynn was for a 150+ year-old Logan Act “crime” that has been charged less than 10 times; has never resulted in a conviction; and, is widely considered to be unconstitutional. This has been widely reported.

Flynn’s attorneys didn’t even ask for the original 302s in which the FBI agents wrote that they did not think Flynn lied. If they had, the prosecutor or judge would have been forced to dismiss the criminal complaint. This has also been reported, the 302s have finally been turned over, and admitted to by the FBI.

Say what you want, but those are the facts. It’s not speculation.
