Okay, this is interesting.

I thought all firearms, except black powder, were strictly prohibited in US national parks.

Watch CA go after the guy for preventing a rape.

I must repeat in case anyone missed it:

If the shooter had avoided the gun law violation possibility while preventing a rape and possible murder----

The law will say raping and killing the woman was not a violation of any gun law-—whew!

As said before by others: Why do liberals think it is noble for a woman to not carry a gun and end up raped, beaten and strangled to death with her own pantyhose?

National Park vs. National Forest vs. BLM....very different rules. (for firearms. land use, etc.).

I think the national parks go by the state where they are located. I checked a few years ago and CC at Rocky Mountain National Park was ok if you had a permit valid for Colorado.
