I think tostadas are a greasy fried something or another?

I think he meant to say VIVID tapestry.

As in Mexican food, diversity is our strength kinda thing.

Um, you need to study up on the law.

Laws Regarding Firearms on National Forest Lands

First, the primary laws governing possession
of firearms and other weapons on National Forest are State Laws. These laws were developed by the states following establishment of our Cooperative Wildlife Management Agreements. Most notable of the state laws concerns controlling firearms on the National Forest are “cased gun laws”.

Cased Gun Laws
: As the name implies, this law requires that all firearms on National Forest be unloaded and kept in a case. Virginia and West Virginia have similar “cased
gun laws”. In order to allow hunting, these laws make an exception.

•It is legal to have loaded firearms on National Forest during the authorized general firearms and muzzle loading gun seasons for bear, deer, grouse, pheasant,
quail, rabbit, raccoon, squirrel, turkey, or waterfowl.

This exception is very specific and applies only during the period when it is legal to take these listed
species and doesn’t include carrying the loaded weapons in a vehicle.

•Because hunting on Sunday is prohibited, carrying a loaded gun on National Forest is not legal on Sunday even if it is the Sunday in the middle of the general firearms deer season.

•The second exception to this law allows people with a concealed weapon permit to carry a loaded, concealed, handgun either on their person or in their vehicle
while on National Forest. This does not apply if the person is engaged in a primitive weapons season or chase only season.

•People muzzle loading or bow hunting may carry a concealed weapon as long as they possess a concealed weapon permit.

California Penal Code, Section 26350 prohibits any person from carrying a handgun, loaded or unloaded, in a public place where discharging or possessing a firearm is prohibited.

Still it is better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

The law will then say raping and killing the woman was not a violation of any gun law-—whew!

As said before by others: Why do liberals think it is noble for a woman to not carry a gun and end up raped, beaten and strangled to death with her own pantyhose?

handgun + federal property = trouble...

The Obama-Bush-Clinton team isn't in full control these days.

Okay, this is interesting.

I thought all firearms, except black powder, were strictly prohibited in US national parks.

Watch CA go after the guy for preventing a rape.

And here I was ready to write a congratulatory post remarking on the 'vivid tapestry' (LOL) woven by astute use of current PC language.

Here's a hint: proggies issue apologies for subhuman invasion by expressing negative effects in positive terms. Such as "part & parcel" (Londonstan), "sexual emergency" aka struggle snuggle (Sweden), "cultural enrichment" or "vivid tapestry" ie "diversity is strength".

So what gaijan was cleverly referring to were the rewards of being 'enriched' while living among the 'tapestry' of gang & drug violence in ag cities such as Salinas & Watsonville.

Drove right by last week on my way over Sonora pass from Bridgeport to San Jose.

Deadman/Kennedy meadows is the last camping area spared from the devastating fires that wiped up the Dardenelles just down the road.

About 10 miles east of the actual pass is the mountain warfare training area located along the west Walker river: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mountain_Warfare_Training_Center

This is one of the routes the original pioneers took to reach CA, following both water sources and meadow grazing areas, hence the name 'Emigrant wilderness'.

I must repeat in case anyone missed it:

If the shooter had avoided the gun law violation possibility while preventing a rape and possible murder----

The law will say raping and killing the woman was not a violation of any gun law-—whew!

As said before by others: Why do liberals think it is noble for a woman to not carry a gun and end up raped, beaten and strangled to death with her own pantyhose?

Used to fish around there. We would be wheezing and groaning at 9,000 feet and the along would come a platoon of jarheads double timing it.

i am convinced they make it as vague as possible and i’m not sure how it works in a tent, or if he even has a permit

but it is CA and i’m sure if they want to, they can/will screw this guy but good...

that said, it truly IS better to be judged by 12

You’re correct,
It is vague.
I’ve camped in SoCalif.
For the past 40 years.
And always had at least
a .22 with little
Interaction with
Rangers or PoPo.

Back to my point,
California law states
That it’s legal
When Camping,
With little elaboration
Other than it is
Considered ones “Domicile.”

No they are not, but the this National Forest is in California and the ‘Federal’ law states that it falls under California’s firearm laws......................so the Obama-Bush-Clinton team kinda is still in control.
