Should 15 year olds be drafted? Be signers for debt, on contracts? Should they have the same penalties for crimes committed? Are they in fact adults?
If not then they are minors. I could convince most minors to do anything. There is all types of coercion. Money, drugs, peer pressure, psychological manipulation, plain old fear, conditioning..
The younger they are the more evil it is. But they are still minors.

You forgot the most common and obvious one for pretty young things. The promise of fame, fortune and $$$$$$. It’s the same reason they all flock to Hollywood and get screwed on Weinstein’s casting couch.
