The GOP has its own ineligibles they want to run, some of them already have, Cruz and Rubio.
The main one is in the future, George P. Bush and likely the real reason the GOP refused to stop the Kenyanesian Usurpation.

They will cower and avoid taking a principled stand as usual. Its who they are, and its how they roll. Political cowards.

It is a moot point, really. Klayman makes a logical argument in the case of Harris, less so in the case of Gabbard. Gabbard's father was and is a legal U.S. citizen by virtue of being born in the sovereign U.S. Territory of American Samoa.
He would be no less a U.S. citizen than someone born in Dakota Territory before they became states in 1889.
It is a moot point in the case of Harris because our gutless congress chose to install another president born of a foreign national here on a student visa on January 20, 2009.

Klayman is right. Both of them, just as Cruz and Rubio, should not be permitted to run for POTUS.
