Man-Made Global Warming Theory Takes Major Hit
FITSNEWS ^ | 07/11/2019 | fitsnews

... “During the last hundred years the temperature increased about 0.1 degree celsius because of carbon dioxide,” researchers at the University of Turku noted in their report (.pdf). “The human contribution was about 0.01 degrees celsius.”Mp>

You read that right … 0.01 percent.

“Because the anthropogenic portion in the increased carbon dioxide is less than 10 percent, we have practically no anthropogenic climate change,” the researchers added. “If we pay attention to the fact that only a small part of the increased CO2 concentration is anthropogenic, we have to recognize that the anthropogenic climate change does not exist in practice.”

The Finnish research has been corroborated by research from Kobe University in Japan.

“New evidence suggests that high-energy particles from space known as galactic cosmic rays affect the earth’s climate by increasing cloud cover, causing an ‘umbrella effect,'” the Japanese scientists concluded, noting that this natural phenomenon “has never been considered in climate predictions.”

Here is a quote from professor Masayuki Hyodo, the lead researcher on the Japanese report …

This study provides an opportunity to rethink the impact of clouds on climate. When galactic cosmic rays increase, so do low clouds, and when cosmic rays decrease clouds do as well, so climate warming may be caused by an opposite-umbrella effect. The umbrella effect caused by galactic cosmic rays is important when thinking about current global warming as well as the warm period of the medieval era.

According to Hyodo, the politically driven climate models – including the United Nations’ Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) – fail to take into account the umbrella effect in their calculations...

That’s a shame.

The science IS settled.
Earth has had 4 ice ages and it was always warmest before it started, ice core samples is a good record.
The left pimp for the climate warming gig so they can call all the shots how businesses can operate $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ ensues.

“The Finnish research has been corroborated by research from Kobe University in Japan.”

What does mean? Does it qualify as “peer review”? If not, has it been peer reviewed? Is it being peer reviewed?

I fight the alamists quite a bit, and while I believe the results of the study, I want to be as well-armed as possible.

Thx to anyone who can help answer these questions.

Because the anthropogenic portion in the increased carbon dioxide is less than 10 percent

That's simply not true. The rise from around 280 ppm to 410 (and about 2.5 more each year) is almost entirely manmade. There would have been some rise without manmade CO2, but only about 5-10 ppm.

Man’s CO2 amounts to just 0.00136% of the atmosphere

About 120 ppm of the current CO2 is manmade, or 0.012%

Do we have a paradox? This research seems to indicate that a less active Sun creates a warmer planet, which is counterintuitive.

Sunspots make the sun darker, so less warm. The sun's photosphere is 5800K and sunspot areas are about 4500K. But when the sun is active the apparant temperature rises due to an increase in shorter wavelengths.

One volcano puts more crap in the air than the US does in 10 years

Not sure what you mean by "crap" but the largest recent volcano (Pinatubo) put about 40 Mt of CO2 in the air plus a bunch of actual crap (e.g. sulfur). The crap cooled the planet for a year or two. The CO2 did nothing. The CO2 from Pinatubo is about 1/2 day's worth of manmade CO2 at current rates.

It's extreme outlier science. The consensus is that manmade CO2 has caused most of the rise from 280ppm to 400ppm and causes all of the annual 2.5 ppm rise. But the annual rise varies a lot and most of that variation is natural.

The pertinent question is not whether the CO2 rise is manmade, it almost certainly is. The pertinent question is how much warming is caused by that rise. Answer: not much.

Thanks...but I know that. I’m really wanting to be able to shoot down objects to this particular paper before I throw it in a libtard’s face.

It’s a science term, it means...stuff that comes out of a volcano./sarc

OK!! Everybody pay attention!
Lesson for today:
1. The sun is 1,300,000 times as big as the earth.
2. The sun is a giant nuclear furnace that controls the climates of all its planets.
3. The earth is one of the sun’s planets.
4. The earth is a speck in comparison to the size of the sun.
5. Inhabitants of the earth are less than specks.
Study Question: How do less-than-specks in congress plan to control the sun?

Anyone with a lick of sense knew from the start that the man made climate change hoax was just that.

Unfortunately, there is no way this ends without a fight. The one world types are too invested in using this as a mechanism of control. Also, the money they steal from us in various taxes is needed to fund their nefarious plans.

Galactic cosmic rays don't substantially cool the planet: http://cosmicrays.oulu.fi There's probably a location and season-dependent effect from cosmic rays. There probably is a little global effect too.

The article says it is cosmic rays. Granted the galactic cosmic rays are modulated by the sun, so when the sun gets less active, we get that cooling and we might get a little more cooling from clouds from galactic cosmic rays. But the sun also produces cosmic rays although with different energies.

Regardless, I’m still going to have to pay over $1000 to have my catalytic converter replaced.

ONE significant volcanic eruption, such as Mt. Pinatubo back in the 1980's, ejects more particulate into the atmosphere than every man-made source throughout the entire history of mankind on the planet. Guess how many active volcanoes are rockin' n' rollin' at any given time on the planet?

I live on the east coast it’s absolutely unreal the amount of plant life around here. Just the past week driving on the highways of upstate New York, the forests go on forever, hundreds of miles thick as hell and that’s just one tiny part. All up and down the east coast from Newfoundland all the way down to Florida stretching out all the way west to the Dakotas down to Texas is plant life. And then you get to South America where the entire continent is covered in plants with the exception of Chile. And then you take into account the sea with the plankton and algae, WHAT kind of lunatic can ever believe WE can overpower that as if we are 50 mile tall giants? It’s crazy. I think it was Dr. Roy Spencer who said “We can no more change the composition of the atmosphere to any measurable degree than we can piss in the ocean and turn it yellow” lol lol If you don’t know who Roy is, he’s the professor who wrote that book “An inconvenient deception” that destroyed Al Gore.....

Here’s his website with a list of his books on he right....

every religion, each of the estimated 10,000 of them throughout history, regardless of size and influence, has been ‘made up’; how could it be otherwise...?

How many miles on your car?

I thought there was something about the emission system, including the catalytic converter, had to be warrantied for 100,000 miles.
