He was acquitted by a jury, so be it. But, he’s 28. Why the hell is he getting a pension for life when he obviously screwed up isn’t competent to be on a police force?

Medical (supposedly). Similar to why convicted felon jesse jackson jr. gets an $8,000/month federal disability pension.

Because murdering someone while a cop so traumatized him he won’t be able to work again? “I know I killed my parents, judge, but now I’m a poor orphan!”
