That press conference was quite telling. Clearly he couldn’t wait to put the whole thing behind him. He wanted to get out of there as fast as possible, and without being questioned as to his activities or findings. And he was incredibly sloppy in that attempt, as well as in his report. I know of at least 8 major problems with the report in addition to the ethical violation of the statement “we could not exonerate him” that should have him in front of the Bar Association for reprimand.
For sure. Rudy calls him the Wizard of Oz because during the two years of the investigation he saw him once for 15 mins. He's going to get ripped to shreds, if he testifies at all, which is a real possibility.
