The upside is, whoever does NOT comply is liable for legal action against them, like disobeying a direct order. They CAN get fired!!!

Really? Getting the question on a ‘census” that takes place every 10 years, and which folks will be coached to hide the truth, is useless...this is a much more reliable set of sources for the data and can be an on-going “finger on the pulse”...
