I'm not convinced that he's wheeling and dealing in the background. I honestly believe that he's avoiding direct action as to not be impeached for (insert imagined civil rights crime here) and put out of office.

If there's one thing those crooks on Capitol Hill can agree upon, is how much money they and their friends, family, and lobbyists make from immigrants...legal and illegal. If DJT puts their cash cow to the sword, they WILL throw him out.

I know it sounds a bit of a stretch, but with as many cheap labor stooges and Trump-haters there are in the Senate, I think it's plausible.
