The minute the raid start, people WILL know, and the usual will demand emergency hearings from a shopped judge.
That isnt going to take weeks, but hours.
So no there is no “surprise”. These people will not be on planes, properly ID’d and out of the nation by then.
the bottom issue is they have had their hearings and Trump should execute the order and ignore judicial orders for another level of hearing.
