Please do not ever discount the level of cheating the Dems have perfected. With ballot harvesting, no Republican is safe.

She is a veteran, married, and has children. She was an independent and her husband is/was a Republican.

Amy Weathervane McGrath now says she would not have voted for Kavanaugh.

I expect this is another Cruz-Beto race. Narrow win for GOP in the end. Dems are motivated to GOTV and McConnell is very unpopular. Recipe for a close race.

That might be a surprise to her husband and three kids. McGrath is married to Eric Henderson, a registered Republican who is a retired Naval aviator. He flew helicopters, C-130s and VIP aircraft during his career. Also served as an instructor pilot for the Navy’s version of UPT.

Henderson is the treasurer for his wife’s campaign. Under KY’s closed primary law, he cannot vote for his wife to get the Democratic nomination for Senate.

McGrath described herself as “the most progressive person in Kentucky.” That may play well at UK, U of L and in certain sections of Louisville, but it’s a death knell in the rest of the state.

Looks like McGrath wants to be the Kentucky version of Beto O’Rourke. If it’s an election year, she’s going to run for something, because (apparently) retired Lt Col McGrath doesn’t have anything else to do. However, with their combined military pensions approaching $100K a year; whatever Henderson brings in from his civilian job and plenty of rich, out-of-state libs willing to bankroll her campaign, McGrath can afford politics as a perpetual hobby.

If you remember the opinion polls had it close.
The race was called 10 minutes after the polls closed

Nope. It will be a lot more like the Abortion Barbie-Abbott race where Hollyweird sent millions to Abortion Barbie and she got schlonged by 20. If she couldn’t carry her own Lexington CD in 2018, how is she going to win it next year with Trump at the top of the ticket? I can see her carrying the blue Louisville CD by 15-20, but in the remaining 4 KY CDs, she’ll get walloped by 40-60 with Trump on the ticket.

My prediction: Cocaine Mitch by 25 statewide.

Have you checked the approval rating of Congress lately? Abbott is popular. McConnell is not.

If you don’t like McConnel, you’ll find out that you really won’t like McGrath.

Well that explains why she turned into a gymnast all of a sudden so she do all these back and forth flips.

raised $2.5 million in the first 24 hours of her campaign, her campaign manager said Wednesday.

And that was just from Republicans. 😀

You could just abstain from voting in that race rather than voting for partial-birth abortion supporters and voting for a Leftist Supreme Court, etc.

Yep. This is the Democrat party’s conundrum. A lot of democrats will simply not vote. And getting the other sides “luke warm” supporters to abstain from voting has always been a part of election strategy.
