Did SCOTUS rule “against unions” or for workers?
In California the state employees still need to get permission from the union to stop paying dues. I think it is Right to Work that is suing to overthrow the law that gives the union this power.
Apparently, not much.
Like most things that Leftists disagree with, they simply seem to have ignored it. They still seem perfectly able and willing to gouge people who don't want anything to do with them.
If we did the same, they would scream bloody murder, it would be in the media, in the courts, and we would be forced at the point of law to comply...as we should be if it is legal.
That is who we are. We respect rulings. They don't.
And they are never called to account for ignoring it.

Yeah, but also, “know your local union goons!” Having “won your right” not to join a union, now the trick is to keep your teeth!
