He was enabled by his parents as a golden boy who could do no wrong. A con artist even when young.
His father was an alcoholic who eventually ran the Phoenix water treatment plant in the 70’s-80’s. Mom enabled dad to be an alcoholic and Buck to be a monster.
Not sure what his brother and sister think about all this. Bet they are not too proud.
