Just in case some day Uncle Sam’s pasty people from up north got cold feet about being his friends, he had VIDEOTAPE of the gringos having a good time, Panama Style.
Nothing about kids, mind you, but booze and infidelity? Yes.
Under some circustance I can’t recall, Noriega spelled it out for Bush 41, who reallly didn’t like what he heard. But the really important thing is that Noreiga was reckless enough during his leverage to have blurted out what freaking BANK he’d put those tapes in.
So when the US invaded, guess WHAT Panamanian location was priority #1..?
