No point in voting Republican, at least not for these anti-American clowns. Glad I don't have any college age kids. I wouldn't be able to advise them on a career path. All the tech fields are flooded with cheap foreign labor.

I have 3 that have tech field degrees—PhD, Ms, and BS w/MS in progress. Very frustrating. But I am worried about not only them, but my 4 grandkids.

What are they going to do to earn a living?!

This open floodgate on every level needs to STOP!

You’re right. We’ve been telling kids to avoid tech careers.

If these job thieves were shipped home, how many of our kids could be employed in their place, with a job that could make a dent in student loan paybacks?

In 2000 the average rate for a contract Project Manager in the IT field was $80/hr.

Today, nearly 20 years later, the average rate is about $55/hr.

Remember, these are not full time positions, they are temporary contracts.

And yes, those at the top of the field are still making good money. I stated averages.
