Do you work in hi-tech?

Have you ever interviewed candidates for hi-tech positions?

Equal pay for equal work is not only the prevailing corporate policy, but it is also required for govt contracts.

I’ve worked in high-tech & I’ve been a hiring manager. I’ve dealt with H1-Bs whose educational credentials didn’t match their claims on their H1-B petitions.

I’ve also sat across from displaced US tech workers who’ve told me they’re about to lose their home, due to their replacement by H1-B workers.

I’ve sat across from older workers whose tech careers are now finished, due to H1-B.

When I look at the damage caused by H1-B, I’ve simply had enough.

The majority of H1-B/OPT workers need to be shipped home.
