True. Amazing the Republic survived them.
I don’t think it’s amazing that we survived them, or that we survived Obama.
I have faith in the *yuge* core of real Americans, who are STILL the ones who make this country run and make it the best place in the world to live, dream, and accomplish dreams.
THEY are the ones who elected President Trump when they were fed up and fortuitously - (though I don’t really believe in ‘luck’) - finally had a real Man to vote for. They will do that again.
I’m not worried about the next election. I’m a little concerned as to whether there will be such a man in the one after. That sort doesn’t come along routinely...but they usually come along at exactly the right time.
