Biden or any Dem has the possibility of beating Trump. It is a matter of changing demographics. The Dem candidate has received more popular votes than the Rep in 6 out of the last 7 elections. The Dem candidate starts out electorally with many more assured votes than the Reps. The 2020 election will be close regardless of whom the Dems nominate.
