They probably don’t have to prove it. All they have to do is show up for an interview. If they don’t get the job all they have to do is threaten a lawsuit. This would be “Sharptonian intimidation”.

That’s how they get loans. If you don’t give them the loan it’s racism. If you do give them the loan it’s “predatory lending” when they don’t bother paying it back.
