The higher that number is, the more compromised the scientific community is.

I’m hoping she’s wrong for their sake.

She’s wrong. If you have ever taken a look at that list of “scientists” you’ll discover that most of them have no weather or climatology expertise at all. Many are “science writers or science experts” but are not even real scientists at all, more like hack enthusiasts who’ve never spent much time in a lab unless you wanted to count the time they spent in a lab during an intro chemistry course in college. Some on that list are “policy” experts. Many if you cross link them belong to many progressive one world state advocacy groups. Many are Soros linked. Also the list does not consist of 97 per cent of all existing scientists but rather it is 97 per cent of all the folks that bothered to respond to the survey, There is no listing of the 3 per cent who disagreed with the survey, but I read someplace that the 3 per cent were high impact type scientists. In fact the 97 per cent represents a drop in the bucket in terms of numbers of scientists that are actually extant on this planet right now, most of who never got a chance to be a part of the survey or never responded to it....a tiny fraction!
