The statistics might be right but they’re not telling you the black guy has a previous record or is violating probation or both.
Yep - twist the wording of the statistics to hide that it really means that they are 4 times likelier to commit the crimes even though they are only 1/6 or so of the population - meaning they are 24 times more likely to commit the crimes than eeeviiiilllll white folks.
Let’s parse that comment carefully.

He’s idiotically implying police, judges & juries are more likely to allow whites to skate, because white criminals who commit the same crimes enjoy some sort of racial favoritism.
Which is utter nonsense. There is NO data to support such a claim.
There is, however, ample data that the white prison population:
a.) reflects, percentage-wise, the white population at large
(non-prison) and
b.) is larger, in absolute numbers, than the black prison
population, which is also reflective of the non-prison
population
OTOH:
There is also ample documentation showing that blacks are overrepresented in the prison population compared to their percentage of the general American population.
That’s because
a.) blacks commit more crimes, and guess what?
b.) overwhelming majority of violent crimes are BLACK ON
BLACK
So much for ongoing systemic racism.
