so now there’s a problem with making a statement of fact...? what kind of nitwit could possibly read a threat to Trump, or anybody, from this...?
Exactly this is actually one of my favorite points of trivia. And if you read the letters between Adams and Jefferson, one sees how close they were and it makes the fact that they both died on the 4th in 1826 that much more poignant!!!
Legend has it that Adams final words were Thomas Jefferson still survives.
Yes it was a statement of fact, but the problem is..what is his point?
He might have explained that.
Most educated people know that both Jefferson and Adams passed on the 4th-in a matter of hours of each other.
But I did not know that Monroe passed on the 4th.
Jeb would have never dared say that when Obama was in power. He simply is following the zeitgeist of the mainstream media. Anyone not noticing how the murder of Trump has not been made archetype of the day by the media is blind, and any one believing it would not affect people’s behavior in that direction is naive. Politicians are in fact most liable to seek that mass archetype look.
“so now theres a problem with making a statement of fact...? what kind of nitwit could possibly read a threat to Trump, or anybody, from this...?”
A lot, as you can tell if you read the responses to his tweet.
At the very least, it was an uncommonly bizarre tweet. The guy ain’t right in the head.
This is a well known historical fact.
For those familiar with US history.
Someone who sees a “threat” in stating that is as looney as members of the left wing.
I am no fan of the Bush clan. They have destroyed our manufacturing base and by doing so, the jobs of millions of Americans.
However, the person who wrote the original story is an idiot.
It is a known fact that people on their death bed, especially those with iron will and determination, will often live to see some event or date important to them.
For my mother, it was here 94th birthday. We all gathered at her bedside, give her cards and little presents immediately after which she asked the nurse for more morphine and lapsed into a coma from which she never recovered.
Ten days later, Dad died demonstrating again the power of the mind.
The founders of our country certainly had iron will and the manner of their deaths makes it clear how important our country was to them.
“so now theres a problem with making a statement of fact...?”
Yes, because it isn’t just a mere statement of fact. We’re not that gullible or stupid to believe that is all it is.
Explain why such a fact is necessary to be brought up by this pinhead today.
Why couldn’t what was once a presidential hopeful to make such an isolated statement instead of one of happiness that this is the nation’s independence day??

“...so now theres a problem with making a statement of fact...? what kind of nitwit could possibly read a threat to Trump, or anybody, from this...?”
Agreed. I find it an interesting albeit odd statement of fact, nothing else.
The article described the tweet as "weird", it didn't say it was a threat.
And it is a weird tweet.
Of all the things to tweet about, about this country, on this holiday.
this ain’t just some random bloke spouting off
Why didn’t he send the Tweet when his Brother was POTUS?
Just askin’...
