There is no doubt these terrorists’ ability to wear a disguise emboldens their mob mentality. It also wouldn’t surprise me if a lot of them are intentionally hyped up on drugs (besides the assumed weed) like ISIS terrorists.
Weed is not good for fighting, unless your weed is dusted.

Huffing (esp. Toluene AKA “airplane glue”); it would account for the diminished mental capacity.
