I’m trying to figure out why a judge has anything to say about Military Funding.

The judge is a hyper-democrat and cannot under any means let Trump win on this issue even if he/she/it has to issue an illegal/unconstitutional ruling to try and keep Trump from being successful in building the wall before the 2020 election.

As soon as they take over the country they will need them to keep people in.
