What is occurring indeed? Trump is not behaving very presidential in light of this travesty. I can’t imagine any previous potus allowing such low level federal pimps such power. It’s already been affirmed by scotus (concerning the travel ban) that trump can simply forbid crimigrants into the country. He just needs to do it. If he will.

The area in NM is near me, it is not just the caravans- there is a lot of cartel smuggling in this area. I wish a ruling like this was binding on the other side. Would love to see those idiots court ordered to recreate/camp on the border on the Johnson Ranch (search Russell Johnson border) for a week or so. This judge needs to join them.

The 2016 popular vote count was a joke and included MILLIONS of illegal and/or fabricated votes.
The 2018 midterms were stolen. The DemoRATS don’t even deny it.

The republicans lost 40 seats in 2018 and the House. Here in Virginia, the pubs lost 3 seats and Virginia requires a photo ID to vote and fraud is low. Get a grip on reality for a change. There were 7 seats lost in California because of ballot harvesting but it is legal. Why didn't the republicans do it too? Ballot harvesting is now legal in other states so I suggest the republicans get with it and do it too. Ballot harvesting isn't necessarily fraud but it certainly can be tainted since the ballot goes through a third party.
So if the pubs don't lose those 7 seats in Cali, the repubs still lose the House anyway.
If you had to tell me which seats were lost by fraud, I'm certain there is no way you could even begin. There are yahoos like you that love shouting out slogans and accusations but can never explain other than, "I know" or "just because' like you do.
Grow up. Accept defeat, acknowledge it. Then get up and do something about it. Was 1992 election stolen? What about 1996? 2008? 2012? How about 1976? What about the 1986 Senate elections when the repubs lost the Senate...were those stolen, too?
The repubs lost the midterms in 2018 because not enough voters came out and voted for the republicans. There were many on this website who proudly did not vote because they were upset the House did not do what they thought they should be doing. Blame those.
How about appointing someone with a long enough record so you can be convinced how they will vote. The dems nominate someone who is the chief counsel for the NAACP and no one says a word. That is the equivalent of the repubs nominating someone who is the chief counsel to the NRA. Instead the repubs feel they need to nominate someone who is a stealth candidate and they assure everyone they are conservative via whispers but no one really knows. Even Kavanaugh is kind of an unknown and was not on Trump's original list. I'm not holding my breath with him either.
