The Dems want the US to sign on. Get a Ragt Prexy and rat control or near control of the Senate and House and it will happen fast. The rats will claim it is binding treaty law for the US. The end of the US absent a really bloody civil war.

The UN and EU declaring themselves omnipotent beyond their lawful powers will be used to wage war against those they try to subjects. These two organizations were founded for peace and not starting war.
