Don’t believe everything you read on FoxNews.

The question stays if the department can provide a reason for it being there.

This man has ZERO respect for you or the US Constitution.

Chief Justice Roberts proves once again he’s an activist judge in the tank for the Left.

Victory in 2020 is more important than ever.

Florida wants to count international ‘tourists’ at Disney World and ...Universal. Why not? They’re here.

#2: "Chief Judas strikes again."

And history shows us that "centrists" always continue their leftward drift.

First Roberts was a "conservative" during confirmation hearings.

Then Roberts became the centrist "swing vote".

Give it another year or two and he'll be a full blown acolyte of Ruth Ginsberg.

Nonsense. If “Judas” struck again, this would be a ruling in favor of NY.

Instead, Roberts (and likely the WHOLE CONSERVATIVE CAUCUS, as no one wrote any other opinion disagreeing) gave the Commerce Dept. back it’s “essay question” and said, “re-write it like x, y, z and we’ll approve it.”

This is exactly what the USSC did with the Cherokee Nation v. Georgia, in which the USSC ruled against the Indians on a technical ground but outlined exactly how to bring the case, which the Indians did, and won in Worchester v. Georgia.
